All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are handmade, custom-curated, and intended for personal wellness—all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Email info@thbllc.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once we review your claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations
