  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • During high-volume periods (such as sales, launches, or holidays), processing times may be extended.

  • Custom or made-to-order products (such as specialty blends or ritual kits) may take 7–10 business days to prepare before shipping.

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

 

 

 

 

 

Order Tracking

 

 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Delays

 

 

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays (such as postal service disruptions, severe weather, or supply chain issues) may occur.

  • The Healer’s Brew is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package has been shipped.

 

 

 

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@thbllc.org within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, and local post office before contacting us.

  • The Healer’s Brew is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 

 

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

  • If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, email us immediately at info@thbllc.org. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.
